Return Shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide free return labels or cover return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit. Inspection Before Refund All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival before any refund is approved. The condition of the returned item will determine the amount refunded. Full Refund A full refund will be issued if the returned item passes inspection and is received in its original, unused, and resalable condition. Partial Refund A partial refund may be issued if the returned item: * Shows signs of use. * Has damaged or missing packaging. * Is returned with minor cosmetic damage. * Is missing non-essential components.
